Is there a way to delete Evernotes from within GetItDone? Also is there a way to move them into the GetItDone tasks or are they trapped in the Evernotes portion of GetItDone?

    Hi Ken,

This is our initial push with Evernote, currently it is read only.

We are looking into what is the best way to move forward with this feature, if you have any ideas please leve them here!

I’m sure you have heard this many times but I truly have tried every online GTD and task management. Somehow I overlooked yours. You have included several features (I won’t list them here) that are essential to plan and manage complex projects SMOOTHLY. I believe your Evernote integration will pay huge dividends for you, particularly after word gets out. Evernote has always said that they will never include a calendar (without which their product will never be a robust solution for tasks). Well, now they don’t have to, because the combination of GID and Evernote could be all most power users need.

If the combination of your products proves to be the Holy Grail, I wonder which company would be better positioned to expand its features, to create one integrated solution. For raw skill, I will bet on you guys, because adding a note feature can’t be that hard. However, the have always been a media darling (probably because they are elegantly simple and Grandma easy. If there is anything I can do to advance your cause, let me know. (If you would prefer not to post this comment and continue our discussion offline, please do.)

Question: How do I view Evernote items in list view only, not thumbnails?

Thanks for the good comments, we hope people find the app useful.

Currently you can only view Evernote notes as thumbnails but we are working on other ways to better integrate this service into Get It Done.

I love your product and am glad you added the ability to view Evernote. This allows me to read lengthy documents, notes etc, I have stored on Evernote and extract tasks into Get It Done. It would be great if I could edit Evernote as well since I keep a running record of all my activities and calls on Evernote throughout the day.

You should be able to edit your evernote notes by clicking the (edit) link within each note.
